Description

I am running r28500. I am trying to configure LAMP using Apache. I change listening port from 80 to 82 for test. Then I start apache using command

apachectl start

It start without any error, but I can see lot of errors in /var/log/error_log, as show below

When I tried to see home page http://[IP_address_of_Router]:82. I can't see home page. It wait infinitely.

I upgraded apache from 2.2.14 to 2.2.21, but no change.

workaround is not working.

I confirm it. Its not working, nor the workaround.
I compiled many trunk versions in this month and none seems to work, (always in clean installs)

Last build tried r32712 and also with march mods. None seems to work.

I tracked this bug down to the 'LogLevel debug' entry in the httpd.conf file. If you set it to 'LogLevel notice' everything works as expected.

Changing LogLevel to anything else then debug solve the problem.

Hi,

Could anybody elaborate on why LogLevel debug causes this signal bus & segmentation error? I'm curios. I have four days now fighting this problem and this thread was suggested by other forum (Templatic Directory Theme support). It seems that it works also for me.
