Typo in include/package-ipkg.mk causes many find warnings during build

On line 94 of include/package-ipkg.mk the find command is missing a "-" before "name '*~'" which causes "name" and "*~" to be included in the find path rather than treated as an additional expression. This results in many "find: paths must precede expression: name" warnings being emitted during build and possibly '*~' files being left in packages.
