#1408 closed defect (fixed)

iodined don't work, looks like it's in BSD mode compiled

Description

iodined won't start:

# iodined -p 53 192.0.2.1 test.domain.example
iodined: open_tun: Failed to open tunneling device: No such file or directory

strace shows me:

open("/dev/tun0", O_RDWR) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

Digging through source code of tun.c, it looks like that it wasn't compiled with -DLINUX.

#ifdef LINUX
...
int
open_tun(const char *tun_device)
{
...
        char *tunnel = "/dev/net/tun";
...
#else /* BSD */

int
open_tun(const char *tun_device)
{
...
                snprintf(tun_name, sizeof(tun_name), "/dev/%s", tun_device);

Please rebuild this package with -DLINUX

Thank you very much.
