x86 and qemu: bootup fails, /proc is not mounted correctly

As I recently updated from r7150 to latest Revision I am unable to boot my x86-Build in qemu.
It seems that /proc does not get mounted correctly at bootup. This is a bit strange because if I am switching to the serial emulation of qemu I can mount /proc without problems manually but of course due to the lack of /proc during bootup most of the init-stuff fails and the system is not really usable.
But in most cases it is even worse: Kamikaze completely crashes during bootup and does not even initialize the network cards. (get's stuck before at ": [remove_child_by_pid]: Invalid child list passed (NULL).", see bootlog)
My configuration is just x86 with the default packages, kernel modules.
