According to Andrea Conti and his post on OpenWRT forum: http://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=10875
I am doing some basic testing with a routerboard 112 and a couple of different wifi cards. After a good deal of head scratching I found out that the irq mapping for the minipci slots on this board is quite broken (they all get irq=0 as of r7310), which causes various problems depending on the driver (madwifi starts but does not work, ipw2100 and ipw2200 refuse to start with various error messages).
This patch fixes the mapping for the routerboard 112 (and 111, which is based on the same design). Values are taken from mikrotik's 2.4 patch and confirmed by testing on my hardware.
The selection logic should make sure we do not break anything on boards where the default mapping is fine.
Please note that the mapping problem probably also applies to other models, in which case the list should be updated;
