usb error on Broadcom BCM947xx/953xx [2.6]

Description

when I try to use the lirc device, it looks like the usb host system crashes:

When I use a USB hub (external powered), allmost the same error occur, but I'm able to press 2 times a key on my remote command (marked as xxxx)

updated to r9709, still the same error
