busybox's traceroute -I option (uses icmp instead of udp)

As there are many problems with NAT boxes, It would be great to have -I switch in busybox's traceroute.
I had a look in the busybox's code and svn: trunk/busybox/networking/traceroute.c supports it since r11345:
- sync traceroute with Slackware-10.1 (support -FIl -g gw -i if -z pt now).
Is it possible to update busybox in RC6?
