Remove prefix option from 6scripts tunnel configuration

The 6scripts packages includes init stript /etc/init.d/6tunnel to set-up an IPv6 tunnel, using options from /etc/config/6tunnel. One of these options is called prefix and is used to set the IPv6 address for the LAN interface.
Apart from the unintuitive name, IPv6 addresses can be set on any interface in the /etc/config/network configuration file. I propose to remove the prefix option from the 6tunnel configuration. The attached (trivial) patches against the trunk and packages trees implement the change. The trunk patch should also work for 8.09.
