what is the reason ath9k has low actual throughput 20Mbps under 300Mbps/HT40

I only have around 20Mbps of iperf test on 300Mbps/HT40, what could probably be the problem then?

I already attached two pigtails for both the AP and STA.

Since r18xxx there were various bugs in the way of getting proper HT throughput. The critical ones should all be fixed now.
