[10.03 rc1] [x86] b43 still not functioning

Description

After installing kmod-b43 and additionally kmod-ssb the wifi still does not work

This is my wireless card core revision.

I do not think that this problem is fixed together with #6874 because this is a different problem. As I stated above - after installing kmod-ssb the b43 driver were successfully loaded but it produced the error described above. I do not know why it cannot find ucode5.fw because it is in the /lib/firmware/b43. fwcutter problem during building?

Anyway I was tired waiting for the b43 driver be ported to be used in AP mode so I bought an Atheros card and I dumped the broadcom one - no more b43 tests. Feel free to mark this one as fixed again

My mistake. I didn't notice you were using the Open firmware and also have tested the b43 with non default setup (station, unbridge) which had worked for me.

I've tested the b43 driver with the latest trunk. Now the firmware is loaded but now I have a core dump that requires system restart. I'm testing AP mode with wpa-psk2 security setting

Trunk works for me on Asus WL-500GPv2. No core dumps. Also using WPA2 PSK.

@flux: Don't reopen tickets if your problem is something completely different from the ticket description.
