Description

The following config used to work on Kamikaze with the propritary broadcom 2.4 module:

(of course syntactically adapted)

(however, I did not get apsta to work reliably on kamikaze 8.09, though it worked on the 7.x, but still sta alone was working)

config 'wifi-device' 'radio0'
        option 'type' 'mac80211'
        option 'channel' '5'
        option 'macaddr' '00:24:a5:42:e7:75'
        option 'hwmode' '11g'

config 'wifi-iface'
        option 'device' 'radio0'
        option 'network' 'lan'
        option 'mode' 'ap'
        option 'ssid' 'my ap'
        option 'key' 'secret'
        option 'encryption' 'psk-mixed'

config 'wifi-iface'
        option 'device' 'radio0'
        option 'network' 'wan'
        option 'mode' 'sta'
        option 'ssid' 'some ap'
        option 'key' 'secret'
        option 'encryption' 'psk2'

I get the following messages with wifi:

root@OpenWrt:/# wifi
Error for wireless request "Set Power Management" (8B2C) :
SET failed on device wlan1 ; Operation not supported.
Configuration file: /var/run/hostapd-phy0.conf
Using interface wlan0 with hwaddr 00:24:a5:42:e7:75 and ssid 'my ap'
ifconfig: SIOCSIFFLAGS: Operation not supported
ifconfig: SIOCSIFFLAGS: Operation not supported
Could not set interface wlan1 flags: Operation not supported
Failed to initialize driver interface
enable_mac80211(radio0): Failed to set up wpa_supplicant for interface wlan1

(ssid/keys changed from valid values to the above values only for ticket report)

Device is a Buffalo WHR-HP-G54, I used the brcm47xx image openwrt-brcm47xx-squashfs.trx from the standard download site.
