Description

The /etc/hotplug.d/iface/40-rdate script runs regardless of whether NTP (20-ntpclient) is running or not. The patch fixes this behaviour.

rdate-ntp_running.3.diff is what I think is the best solution, now.

There is no rdate anymore.
