libdaemon broken in trunk

Description

Something changed in trunk recently that broke libdaemon autoconf.

checking whether setpgrp takes no argument... configure: error: cannot check setpgrp when cross compiling

under define Build/Configure in libdaemon's Makefile.

This seems to work as well, a bit cleaner:
